ABOUT US

When you’re running a pub and restaurant with patrons who dine with you as often as five days a week, and their parents and grandparents before them did the same, you know you are doing it right!

Tony and Anne Gubanc, founders of Gubanc’s Pub and Restaurant in lake Oswego, discovered their niche when they opened this neighborhood establishment in 1976 serving an array of soups, salads and sandwiches. The public keeps coming back for the consistent quality food and unassuming service.  Gubanc’s has a very comfortable atmosphere that regulars find charming.  Michael Buck, the General Manager, instills the high standards and participates in the daily ritual of luncheon and dinner specials.  Visit him and the other friendly staff yourself, and try the featured soup of the day which could be Santa Fe Chicken and White Bean or Chicken and Pear. The Chef selects from over eighty soups personally created with the Northwest palate in mind. Favored entree choices include Halibut Provencal, Grilled Rueben, Southwestern Pork Wrap, and Chicken and Dumplings. For dessert, the incredible Fresh Fruit Cobbler may tempt your appetite and keep you coming back for more.

Gubanc’s Pub is located at 16008 Boones Ferry Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035. For more information, call (503) 635-2102
